Terms of Institutional Collaboration
Standard operational and academic commitments agreed upon under the Coder Roots School Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Curriculum Delivery & Syllabus Alignment
Coder Roots provides grade-wise Coding, Web Development, and AI curricula mapped to national curriculum standards (NEP 2020 / CBSE / ICSE / State Boards). Lesson plans, teaching slides, practice problems, and capstone project guidelines are shared prior to the academic session.
Lab Setup & System Compatibility
The platform runs 100% inside standard web browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge). The partner school agrees to provide basic computer lab access with internet connectivity. No paid software licenses, local server setups, or hardware upgrades are required from the school.
Faculty Training & Academic Handholding
Coder Roots conducts an initial orientation and teacher training workshop for the school's designated computer science staff. Ongoing academic guidance, solution answer keys, and dedicated WhatsApp/call mentor support are provided throughout the school year.
Project Assessments, Hackathons & Certification
Student evaluations are based on practical project submissions and hands-on coding milestones. All students completing the required coursework receive verified Course Completion Certificates co-branded with the Partner School's name and logo. Coder Roots also assists in organizing annual school coding exhibitions and hackathons.
Student Data Privacy & Non-Commercialization
Student information (Name, Class, and Section) is gathered strictly for classroom roster management and certificate generation. Coder Roots guarantees zero third-party advertisements, zero sharing of student/parent contact numbers with external marketing agencies, and full student data confidentiality.
Academic Calendar Alignment & Transparent Terms
The partnership schedule aligns with the school's official timetable. Sessions may be paused or rescheduled during unit tests, term exams, or vacation periods without financial penalty. All commercial terms are fixed annually in writing with zero surprise maintenance or platform server charges.
