Eligibility
Who can request a refund
Refunds are available to students who registered for a CoderRoots training program and decide not to continue.
- You are a registered CoderRoots student.
- You no longer wish to continue with the program you registered for.
- Your request is submitted within 4 days of your registration date.
Registration slip required
You'll need your CoderRoots registration slip to submit a refund request. Please attach a clear copy of it to your refund request email-requests without it cannot be processed.
Refund amount
How much you get back
Approved refunds return 75% of your registration payment. The remaining 25% is non-refundable and covers processing and administrative costs.

Send your refund request to our support email address.
Include your student details
Your full name and the program you registered for.
Attach your registration slip
A clear copy is required to verify your registration.
State your reason for the refund
A short line explaining why you're stepping back is enough.
Share your payment details
Transaction ID or payment reference so we can trace your payment.
Deadline
Refund request deadline
Your request must reach us within 4 days of your registration date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be refunded, so it's best to reach out as soon as you've made your decision.
Processing
How long it takes
Once your refund is approved, we process it within 2–4 business days. After that, your bank or payment gateway may take a little additional time to credit the amount.
